It is my pleasure to be a part of the Black Mountain, North Carolina community. I would like to invite you as a concerned and conscientious neighbor to experience dentistry with our unique philosophy. While we are primarily concerned about your dental health, we want you to be aware of the many ways your dental health affects your overall health and quality of life. We hear often that those new to the Black Mountain and Asheville area, moved here to improve their quality of life and fulfill some of the purpose and passion they have inside. Poor dental health can interfere with your goals to get your dream job, a desired spouse and to have the self esteem and self respect to meet new friends. We want to be your dental team even if you have no dental problems at all!
You have choices that can help you smile with confidence. There are life-enhancing dental treatments that are delivered comfortably with less time and more affordable than you realize. We would like to share these with you.
Our dental office is focused on raising your level of dental fitness through a co-discovery of your goals and needs. We achieve this by creating a dental plan based on your priorities so you can progress toward a healthier smile in a friendly environment where we respect your individuality.

Growing up as an US Army brat, Dr. Debbie Anders learned to appreciate the unique and diverse world that we live in. Warren Wilson College expanded her awareness of giving back to the community through service projects and the work program. Before graduating from Warren Wilson College, she was blessed to meet and marry her husband, Steve. They have been married over 30 years. Steve received his teaching degree at Warren Wilson College with a history major. He has taught at A. C. Reynolds High School in Asheville for over 20 years. Her son and daughter were born two years apart and are both employed in dentistry and are part of her dental team.
Dr. Anders feels it is easy to give back to the community as a dentist. There are needs everywhere. She and her dental team volunteer at Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministries (ABCCM) and Asheville Buncombe Community College. In Belize, Central America, she and her son went on a mission trip when he was around 8 years old. She has been on two mission trips to Guatemala. Her daughter accompanied her to Guatemala when she was 12 years old. She feels they are always blessed more that what they give. These trips always make us more appreciative our abundant blessings here in Black Mountain, North Carolina. Through it all, “I believe I am a dentist because that is what God had planned for me. He has blessed me with the skills, talents, education, passion and personality to look forward to work every day knowing we make a difference in the lives of each person we meet.
